Happy 2016!
Instead of setting resolutions for myself I am setting intentions. Resolutions implies finding a solution to a problem while intentions gives me more of an aim or a purpose, which to me seems more positive and attainable. Anyway, one of my intentions for the year is to stop ignoring my camera so much. Sure it's easier to just take my phone with me as a camera, but at the end of the year I'm left with kind of random snapshots instead of a collection of shot and edited photos.
So, I've began the process of cleaning out and editing photos from the last year that I've barely touched since taking them.
These photos are from the end of September when I was the second shooter for a wedding in Vermont with Ashley Herrin. I met Ashley via t.e.l.l. New England and it was very cool to finally meet in person and work together to capture such a lovely day.
Jonathan + Brieanne were married in Waitsfield, VT at the 1824 House and honestly, the day was picture perfect. They had beautiful weather, the small & intimate venue was gorgeous, and you could truly feel the love that surrounded them from their families and friends. Here's a peak at some of my photos - for a more in depth look at the day check out Ashley's post.
